“My name is Negarisa. I am 27 years old and I live in a family of 4. My mom and my dad are Iranian so I am proudly Iranian. I think everyone encouters tough experiences in life and I am not an exception. When I was 18 I had a dream so I moved to London to continue my education in pharmacy. That little girl never thought that life doesnt always show you its bright side, so I had to come back to my country as a result of some family matters. So my beautiful world became dark as night. I suffered a lot of problems and in my weak and poor perception of life, I couldnt handle the situation. I fought with depression and was tired and sick of a dismal and dreary life. Then I decided to work to create a strong and firm version of myself. I started to giving thanks god for all of my blessings and actually tried to see my gifts and blessings which I had never seen before. At that time I saw that I am able to manage everything, I found the secret and I saw the miracle.
To be honest, my hope and my aspirations help me to be calm and by calm I mean ACCEPTENCE. Now I can help people who are fighting and frustrated and love it because this practice make people continue living and create a worthwhile life!
Last but not least and a humanitarian cause that I can notice is I make people love themselves and their bodies, their skins, their faces and to feel free or feel perfect with their imperfections because I strictly believe that we are all perfect just the way we are. I want all the people to come to this point of view that at the end of the day all you have is love and a kind heart. So be aware, be kind and live your life to the fullest.”
